Mark is an experienced church leader and Bible teacher with a heart to make the Bible accessible to all. Mark has pioneered church plants and has led growing churches in Bicester, Letchworth, Birmingham and in London. In all these contexts Mark has built and fashioned effective leadership teams.

Mark has served as Elim's national lead for Church growth for the Elim churches. Married to Kathy for 49 years with five grandchildren - family life is a rich priority for us.

Mark's heart and passion now is to serve leaders and pastors - he often simply says "my ministry is to serve your ministry'. Mark has authored several books. Mark's first book ‘The Pastor's Soul Care’ is an introduction to ministry leadership and is written with the local church leader in mind.

Mark's role involves strategic thinking and insight as well as problem solving to serve and enhance the vision and direction that the local church leader wants to achieve. His heart is to multiply ministry and empower the local pastor to multiply theirs - that’s one reason why LEAD is a powerful resource for local leaders to teach and pass on leadership insight to their context. With resources, network connections and process skills, Mark assists and serves most Church contexts.

Mark has theological degrees from the European Theological Seminary (https.//ets-kniebis.de) and a Masters in Divinity from the Pentecostal Theological Seminary, Cleveland TN (https://www.ptseminary.edu). Mark is currently completing doctoral research exploring leadership, health and flourishing in Christian ministry and Wheaton College Il USA (https://www.wheaton.edu)
