“I believe this is an important moment for the local church.
The challenges of leadership are changing, and pastors and church leaders need more than inspiration alone. We need to keep learning, developing our leadership, equipping others and finding practical ways to build churches that are healthy, growing and effective in their mission.
At the same time, I find myself in a new season of ministry.
After many years of leading churches, developing leaders and working alongside pastors, I feel a renewed sense of calling to invest what I have learned into others. I have a genuine burden for pastors and leaders — to encourage them, strengthen them and help them flourish in what God has called them to do.
That is why Insight Ministries exists.
